It’s been too long since I’ve given any link love!
Here are some blogs I’ve discovered over the past while that have interesting/useful/fun stuff to say about money-releated things.
2. When clients want to start learning how to make their own investment choices (and note! again, I don’t provide financial planning to stock suggestions. I *do* help people get informed though) I always recommend starting to flip through financial pages. I suggest starting by reading headlines, and if an article grabs your attention, reading it. CBC’s “money” section is worth reviewing at least weekly, cuppa coffee in hand.
3. Free from Broke is all about how one married guy in NYC is doing exactly that, while living on one income. In NYC. No kidding.
4. Jewelry lovers will want to visit the sleeping poet’s blog. An English/German Lit grad from U of T, she does a gorgeous job of combing blogging with selling her jewelry. I’m going to buy these earrings, except in blue.
5. And for my fellow change-the-world and/or world traveler types, you may enjoy Bill Zimmerman’s blog (no, not a relation to our knowledge). He is a social entrepreneur in Cameroon. Here’s a post about renewable energy in Cameroon.
