Oh my. What a day I’ve had.

First I learned that the Economist is on Tumblr. I mean, I’m not even on tumblr yet.

Barely had I picked up my jaw from the floor when I heard via Darren Barefoot that Freakonomics is being made into a movie and the trailer’s already out on Youtube:

    Yes Nancy! You must get on Tumblr. It is very easy, and you can post your blog post links there. Posterous too! We are going to see a lot of competition for Facebook, but I am still loving Twitter the most (where I found you posted this…)

    Freakonomics should be great. I believe several different directors took stabs at different segments, but one of them is Heidi Ewing who did the amazing documentary Jesus Camp (which she was nominated for an Oscar).

    So yes, we are living in interesting times… It’s about time high finance met Social Media. Next think you know, Gordon Gekko will have a twitter account!
